What is an LCD screen?
LCD (liquid crystal display), abbreviated as LCD in English, is a kind of flat panel display. Used for screen display of TV and computer. Lcd display has the advantages of low power consumption, small size and low radiation. Liquid crystal display (lcd) uses two electrode materials to contain a three-layer structure of liquid crystal molecular solution, so that when the current passes through the liquid, the molecules will be rearranged to achieve the purpose of imaging.
LCD uses two pieces of polarizing material, between which is a liquid solution. When an electric current passes through the liquid, it rearranges the molecules so that light cannot pass through them. Therefore, liquid crystal molecules can both allow light to pass through and block light. At present, liquid crystal display (LCD) products are developing towards the goal of light, thin, short and small.
Traditional display methods, such as CRT image tube display and LED display board, are affected by such factors as volume and power consumption, and cannot meet the actual needs. The development of LCD technology is just in line with the current trend of information products. LCD displays have the advantages of right angle display, low power consumption, small size, zero radiation, etc., allowing users to have the best visual environment.
At present, LCD technology is mainly divided into TN, HTN, STN, VA (BTN) TFT. TN type liquid crystal display technology is the most basic technology of liquid crystal display, and other types of liquid crystal display can also be said to be improved based on TN type.
TFT type liquid crystal display is relatively complex, and its main components include fluorescent tube, light guide plate, polarizing plate, filter plate, glass substrate of glass liquid crystal display, alignment film, liquid crystal material, thin mode transistor, etc.

Disadvantages of LCD

4、 The brightness is limited.
